Sound Healing As A Way Of Life

As we consider the inspirational findings of Masaru Emoto, Bill Harris, Jonathan Goldman, Donna Carey, John Beaulieu and Simon Heather, we begin to understand how the universe is working at every moment; how energy moves within and around us; how resonance and entrainment are shaping our identity, and how finding our own unique resonant frequency can allow us then to heal and transform ourselves and others. Let us be open to experiment with different sounds upon waking or going to sleep, or ambient textures in the workplace or car for stimulation or relaxation. Ultimately, we must discover our own vibratory rate. Putting our attention on our feelings in the presence of different sound frequencies can avail us of this profound knowledge that will allow us to heal and be at peace in our lives. Let us not take for granted this precious resource of sound in our world which may be as vital to us as the food we eat. By understanding our nature as beings made up of vibrating energy, we can then hear the true song in our hearts and allow this song to bring peace and well-being into our lives.

Katherine, thank you for sharing this and itiinvng us all to pray. I still have 95 minutes before it's noon out here on the West Coast, but I have to tell you that just READING the prayer caused an energy surge in my physical being that started as the chills and filled me emotionally, resulting in tears. I have not had such a physical response to something in a long time and I know that we have the power to soothe the anger of the radioactive molecules in the reactors by helping turn the the charge in the water from negative to positive. very interesting but hard to flloow due to very poor sound (sounds very 1993). Would be great to see more on this topic with better sound/image quality.
